Can I pay by check or money order?
If you want to use a money order, just Contact Us with the products you want to buy. We'll send you a total, including shipping. Write the money order payable to Ivan Gephart -- our email will tell you where to send it.
How do you ship?
We ship via the Federal Express due to weight and cost effectiveness.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within a week of receipt of payment. The only exception to this occurs when you pay by check and we have to hold the check for 10 days or when there are prior orders ahead of yours. We will give you an estimate of shipping when you place your order.
Is shipping included?
All product pages list shipping charges. Note this is in the USA only, all international shipping is on a as per basis, contact us for all international shipping costs.
Do you ship discreetly?
Yes! All Hidden Dungeon orders ship in a plain brown box with a residential return address.
